Default my winter project on my 500

This is my engine bay before i started.

first off was the rocker cover

then off came the plenham

once everthing was removed, the rocker was sent off to be sprayed and the plenham and thermostat housing was sent to be bead blasted.

rocker painted ready, now for the hard bit of preping the cover

after a day of work

finaly I starting to get a rough idea of what it was going to look like. And after two days i finished

finaly got parts back from blasting

refitted with new gaskets

fitted thermostat with new gaskets

Rebuilt with a few teething problems

finaly got round to finishing it, replacing what i could . Still a few more bits needed to tidy it up but a big improvment dont you think.
