Yeah it surprised me just how many people want to re-chassis them, suppose pretty much the only thing different from new ones are engine and gearbox really. Got 2 110 hi-caps at paint shop just now and currently doing this 130 hi-cap its getting a full external safety devices roll cage

Got a wee 300tdi 90 waiting after this lot is done

My red one, was a good one, kept it simple with smaller tyres and no silly arches

Not a Landrover, but I bought a Suzuki SJ last year as a cheap bit of fun.
Amazingly capable little thing
Currently rebuilding the front axle, rearranging the back end and fuel cell as the soft top is a pain in the ass, and i'll probably add a locking rear diff before long.

Love the look of them, but cant really say I'm into them, hateful things to drive which rust in no time flat sadly.

Might have been the previous owner, he was from your area.
I've only been a couple of places in it so far. Where do you normally go? there's a few places round here and a few heading into wales. Not ventured too far yet as it's not the nicest thing to drive on road.
