just going through the thread again...i had one very very similar to this but i installed some RS vents (nun functional copies)
i also had some Ford RS mudflaps and RS badges on the wings.
This way way back in early 90's. I sold it to a chap from Leicester.

Some might look abandoned, but all of them are owned by two brothers. One of them is body manufacturer and running the old family business, an Opel dealer. The other one is a teacher. Their father started to collect vehicles and they continued. It's been more than 50 years now and there are some very, very rare cars among them. The brothers want to open a museum one day and they restored a lot of cars by themselves for decades. After one of the brothers suffered a stroke they carry on with the help of four (employees/voluteers? didn't really get it) people they're restoring the cars to their former glory.

Looks like it was a 1300E (weber, 4-branch, sq headlights etc.) so would be worth silly money now. Looks like it was stripped of a few bits before being sunk but why take the brake fluid and rad caps?

Im sure when this was at shows back then it had a tv under the bonnet somehow thinking back, something stupid like that and think then owner was ricky brown,defo his or a close mate, he had like 5 escort cossies 2 mag featured.
rs666 and 666rs, taz one was horrific with extra spoiler sat on whale tale and airbrushed dash and steering wheel, never thought much of it back then as some dumb fookers were putting evo spoilers on sapphs etc.

THATS the one...there was 4 tv screens...theone under the bonnet had a loose cable running for shows...so it would be plugged in only then....had a ps2 properly set up and connected was fitted neatly...

theres still a screen behind dash

What about a Fiesta? Local police say stolen in 1999 and new in 1991.... think they meant 1989 and 1981 . Found in local Bedford area..... Pulled out few years back.

I would bet divers might have took them as trophys there is a evo 4 in a lake and all the engine is in it as the oil cap is missing from that

Coastal breakers burnt down before Christmas, not once but twice!! First time the sparks from a drill set alight a petrol tank,then a few weeks later they think someone set fire to most of the scrap cars,can't see it opening again myself
