Cheers for your help mate, just done all that and have also had to manually resize the generated sig as it was still too large even selecting the options you advised, it is now a lot less than 550x150 and just under 25kb and is showing in my sig preview but still won't show in any posts lol
Avatar is fine, just uploaded one and displying no problems, just not having it with the sig lol

Yeah, I use photobucket too, I think it's the image size limit of 25kb.
Some of mine come out ok, and some look terrible, like the one of the 7 series I did above.
