Hello mods

I was just wondering what happened to my thread notifying the general public that mat was selling his 3 door

As far as I was aware, I had at least one mod (potentially 2) giving me the all clear to inform peeps that his car was for sale and for interested parties to contact him via Facebook

I deliberately set out to not make it a for sale post by not including a price or saying what it was (because he's got 2 rs cars) and neither did I explain the reasoning behind it or offer any links to other sites where it has been advertised

Obviously one of the conditions of the thread remaining was steves mention that as long as it was for information purposes only and nothing else it was fine, so either someone has ignored that (and had my thread removed, I hope they are happy) or some other as yet unexplained reason has resulted in its termination

I also understand that doing a free job and often being in he middle of real life means that not everyone can spare the time to email and explanation of why things have happened so I would just like to know that if I were to post up some contact details, would this also be a move to the naughty step for that post/thread?

I removed the thread because in my opinion advertising on behalf of a currently banned member didn't seem appropriate.

well, i originally posted it in the hope that it wouldn't go

and there was a mod who said it was ok to stay as long as it didn't stray off topic

but your logic trumps that so i shall accept that decision
