Due to lack of use and the want of a different lens, I'm looking at selling my Canon 100-400mm F4.5-5.6 USM IS L Series lens.

This lens has served me VERY well in the year I have owned it and is in absolutely superb condition - infact, it is pretty much brand new with the care I have taken.

Comes in original box with lens bag, main hood, flower hood, 76mm UV filter and both caps and tripod bracket.

The lens will take stunning photos of anything you desire and with its 2 stage image stabalisation (stage 1 for normal photo's and stage 2 for panning photos) you will never be far wrong even with a quick point and click

The zoom function is not your average twist zom, but instead a telescopic slide zoom for instant and accurate zooming - complete with a locking ring to set the zoom distance should you want to fix the zoom.

The focus is taken care of by Canon's ultra quiet and ultra quick ultrasonic motor for precision instant focus to capture the perfect photo

No dust intrusion, mould or mildew on any of the elements or internal glass - It has been kept in a dust free environment when stored and maticulously cleaned after use.


To buy new, this lens will set you back around about £1100 on ebay, and anywhere upto £1600 on the highstreet.

Price for mine - £900 with full insurance delivery.

I can get pictures of the lens (how ironic) should you so wish - but any camera buff will know that this is the daddy of zoom len's and is perfect for anyone ranging from the ameture snapper to the serious professional paparazzi
