Default Galaxy 1.8 2007 Mk3 Still Overheating

Hi,
Still having issues with my Galaxy overheating. Have changed the thermostat and radiator, drained the system and new coolant added.
Idles fine, but five minutes driving on none hilly roads and the temperature instantly shots up to red. Top and bottom hoses hot to touch at this point but just warm air from heating.
There are no leaks that I can see or detect, my next point of call I guess would be the water pump....
Anyone got any other ideas?? Any help much appreciated.
