Importing car to the UK
Hi
When importing a car to the UK, can you get the plates before the car is proven roadworthy?
I have a V948 paper her saying Number Plate Authorisation Certificate, does this mean that the car is registered as a drivable car in the UK?
The reason i ask is that i have a car in norway, and the local dvla requires either some 300Ł tűv papers or i have to prove that the car has been a registered/roadgoing vehicle in a EU country.
