Default Help and advice needed

I've just smashed my mobile up in a fit of rage, problem is all my contact numbers were stored in the phone and not on the sim card,

the phone is in about eight pieces, is there any way to retrieve the numbers?

any help with be much appreciated

Cant help but wanted to say I've smashed up loads of phone in fits of anger. Havent done one for a few years now but its only a matter of time. Next time get one that syncs with Outlook and make sure you have an up-to-date backup.

think you can get the numbers off you itemised bill,,,, wont be all but some


failing that im sure you could scare the phone to tell you all the numbers,,,,, you are a big enough bloke

if not insert the phone into who ever made you break it and get them to tell you the numbers
