I have a T34 turbo with. 48 housing what actuator should I be using I have 2 -31 actuators one is for a 4x4 and the shaft/rod is too long and I have a -31 for a 2wheel drive and this one is too short any one got any ideas?



2 wheel drive is too short





4x4 one is too long when wound all the way down the wastegate is still open.

what exhaust manifold are you using ?

4x4 one but not sure what difference it makes as the turbo is fixed to the exhaust housing so what will change once it is fitted to the manifold? Or am I missing something really obvious.

I'm sure you can get different length rods for the penny washer (wastegate)
