Cosworth 4x4 gear cradle poly bushes

Hi guys I'm going to replace the worn bushes in my gear lever cradle while I've the gearbox out, I've got some polybushes but how do i remove the old ones?

They knock out mate, use a socket of a similar size to tap them out.
