Default RS500 style intercooler

How should an RS500 style intercooler be mounted to the car? Normally the rad and intercooler are connected together. If you install an RS500 cooler, are both the rad and the intercooler only mounted by the brackets on the side? That doesn't seem very stiff...

Hi Marc yes only mounted by the brackets on the sides to the chassis with rubber bushes.
I've made 2 alloy bushes to lower the intercooler by 1cm because the intercooler to throttlebody hose wasn't a nice fit without them.
It will get stiffer when the throttlebody and turbo hoses are connected to the intercooler.
