Serviceable bottom balljoints?

I searched and couldn't find anything.

Has anyone ever tried to fit serviceable balljoints to a stock lower arm?

I saw these (I'm in USA)

Bottom arms are only around £60 from memory, so until they become unavailible, there isn't much point fitting serviceable joints.
