Could really do with a hand when your not busy if you can especially if you have a tester/multimeter etc its getting beyond a joke everything is done!

SHE DIED!!! cylinder 3 camshaft, key washer and sprocket al fucked few valves and conrods mangled.... turned out HG had gone around cylinder3 and when she was filled with coolant and left unknowing to any1 cylinder 3 had filled with coolant as I turned engine over at some point it all got fucked and know 1 knew..............


ANY HOW its not the end I have bought another engine and car is with Stuart Shephard who is sorting it for me as I do not have time at the mo and obviously thought it was elec issue, engine should be with him tomorrow so really not long now also been helping bangerboy2 sort his new saph which should be on road in next month if final parts are on time

Thats what Stu said bud he said its very rare for hg to go on 1 of these, and ive only heard of it when the waterpipe under plenum splits but mine was ok! Anyhow i will salvage old engine too

She's alive Stuart just called to say she's alive and well few little niggles I got too get clutch release bearing, clutch cable (as mines too slack) and I need to source some gear selector mounting bushes if any1 knows where I can source some.

Shame about the original engine Wes but shit happens, at least you wasn't out on a B road having fun.

The replacement looks alright, I saw the ad & messaged the guy selling it suggesting he get in touch with you, he said you'd beaten me to it!

I know you've been waiting ages and ages for this but your still closer than me mate.

Hope you get it sorted and running and get some good use out of it.
