Hi guys,

Are all the fuel tanks from Sierra XR4i's/Cosworth's the same? If not, what are the differences?

Fitment wise they should be the same, the cossie ones came with a swirl pot inside not sure bout the 4i ones though!!

Outlet pipe for the fuel pump should also be bigger on the Cossie one.

As said, Cosworth ones have swirl pots inside.

So does the xr4i they are the same tank all with a 15mm o/d outlet 8mm o/d return

Dohc tanks have and intank pump inside a collector but can be used on a cossie with and uprated pump from a escort cossie fitted( if needed ) but will require re plumbing and re wiring

If you want to see a cossie swirl pot i can get a pic as i cut one up to fit into another tank
