10mm thick plug leads

Was given a brand new set of leads for my cossy today they're 10mm core ones and look very good quality question is do they make any difference? Bit gutted they're blue and my rocker cover and hoses are red lol.

I don't think any leads are better than the original beru leads on a cossie, but as they are probably old a new set can't do any harm
