Default 4x4 head to 2wd head

Can i put a 2wd head in place of a 4x4 head,will i need to alter anything ?

yes the map as it will be lower comp

plus thermostat housing, waterpump, turbo oil feed, cams are slightley different length between the two but a simple spacer is available and i think one of the water sensors is different but could be wrong

is there a measurement of skim that the 2wd equals a standard 4x4.
