For results I'd do the rear beam first, I have just reassembled mine with a mixture of powerflex and superflex, I don't know how long either make has been on, but at least 5 years, both holding out ok.
Personally I prefer Superflex from chris wittor, these are made by Pro Sport in aus, where bushes can mean the difference between life and death if they fail in the outback.
Thursday of last week of June I replaced yet another broken exhaust mount on the astra, but thought I'd try a powerflex this time at around Ł8 instead of 83 pence, as the cheap ones lasted around 4-5 months only, the powerflex EEH4 bush was put on on a thursday , and split on the following monday whilst up the city(Norwich) so I bought another 3 83 pence exhaust mounts, 100% totally unimpressed with powerflex in this case.
It eats exhaust mounts due to weight of the rear box being SS scorpion(as rest of system).
Of the rear bush set ups I've used I rate the GGR axle tightening kit on a std beam bush the best.

You can fit the cossie version, not that it's any better by drilling out the holes in the front cross member by 2mm larger to accomodate larger bolts to suit if you get stuck, but std correct sierra ones will be just as good.
