Aye, the ford ones are fully plastic covered with a metal pin inside. Im assuming so their is no metal on metal contact. Think you can buy just the rivets on ebay.
You can still get the proper ones from Ford. I know 100% you can get moonstone and white ones, not sure on the other colours though.
ooohh. Moonstone ones??? mines going into bodyshop tomorrow to get arches repaired. Mine just hae the standard black ones. dont suppose you have a part number??
