Default Hesitation whiste driving

Hi there all ive noticed a few times on my way back from work yesterday and today, that when im driving along and taking your foot off the throttle the car feels as if it still wants to go. And sometimes it seems to hesitate (judders forward) as if u still have your foot on the throttle. Its only every now and then. Im just wondering if anyone have come across the same feeling whiste driving. Ive cleaned the iscv out today (but still the same).

Its only every now and then i feels like the choke is on when the engine is cold. But the engine is warm you can let your foot of the throttle and it will still pull slighty. It did it once this morning ever so slighty.

Ive done about 250 mile this week and ive noticed that when im driving along the car sort of judders/holds back a tiny bit n then its ok. Its as if there is a loose connection on a sensor on the engine. Its only every now and then so i carnt understand it. Would the crank position sensor cause this or the 3 electrical plugs on the bulk head cause this.
