as above how hard is it to do and how expensive

gearbox tunnel modding or sapphire one welding in and front chassis legs notching to clear shafts

Not very hard at all tbh mate...

How expensive....all depends on what you want doing...the whole lot inc parts or just the fabrication?

What do you want supplied though?

You basically need a bunch of 4wd parts inc front x-member inc suspension, hubs, brakes, rear back beam complete. On the plus side your 2wd parts that are ont eh car can be sold for a profitover the 4wd stuff which is cheaper.

If your undecided on weither to do it or not get a ride in a 4x4 sapphy and see the difference...I personally prefer 4wd but its each to their own on here.

You can also cut a bit of the cost out of buying all cossie bits by buying a 2.0dohc xr4x4 sierra and using a load of bits off of that.

What engine is it at the minute? as a 205 block engine isnt really good for 4wd due to the sump being under stress from the front transmission.
