Default poly rear bushes

the saffs just failed it's mot!!!!!
trailin arm bushes are goosed,wanna fit the poly type,wheres the best place to get them from
and how do you adjust the C/O level????

Your bushes: DeFlex if you're on a budget, Powerflex if you're a tart.
And if you look on your ECU there should be a white screw. That will adjust the CO2.

if you can afford them, then buy the standard ford bushes for the trailing arms.....the ECU screw adjusts the fuelling over the entire rev range so if you adjust it before MOT, then make sure you put it back to where it was....although it sounds like you need a setup if it's failed

The fuelling does adjust over the whole range but is primarily adjusting the idle circuit.
Any difference it makes is pretty insignificant compared to the airflow at WOT.
It does NOT need adjusting for MOT then putting back if it is ok, it should fly through the MOT at 2-2.5%, and this is the best for nice smooth running as well.

Yes mate the standard ones are said to be the best, im sure its because they are one whole bush rather than polly`s ect being 2 parts with the sleeve


I think they need to be machine pressed in aswell, plus theyre a couple of hundred notes to buy if theyre still available
