Default Cam Specs

Does anyone know the FRS cam specs in regard to lift, duration, overlap or lobe center? What is a equivalent cam to the FRS's?

Well I thought someone here would know this!

Does anyone have a intake came that would measure the lobe, I'd at least know lift, knowing the base circle is .425 for stock zetec cams
