Wandering Issue..
For awhile now i've not felt that confident behind the wheel of my rs as it seems it has a mind of its own. Now i've already changed the steering column bushes, bearing that were past their sell by date. Changed the steering rack bushes. Replaced both sides at the front bearings. Right side replaced the whole unit the drive shaft goes through due to cracks in the splines.
Even changed a year old lower arm that seem to have a little play. Now sorted. Car has a rear strut brace. All tyre pressures have been checked and i've even softened the ride using the spax adjustments on the dampers.
I also recently put new drop links/ shackles on the car too. Would the old bushes i've still got to replace in the tie rods have a major affect on the handling? As that's the only area now i've not done.
Cheers for your help in advance. This driving me crazy and just want to enjoy my car.
Seems to happen more driving round bends, more so turning into a left bend.. But all in all something don't feel right..

you cant fix stupid
im not sure what you mean by a mind of its own but had a wandering problem on my car a little while back. if i accelerated it would steer to the right but id be holding the steering wheel straight. lift off and it would steer back straight.
the problem turned out to be crappy flo flex front lower arm bushes. they were split and soft so was allowing the arm to pull forward under accelaration causin a big toe in on one side of the car.
changed them and problem solved
