Default S2 temp sender thread size.

Hi.

Whilst trying to take out my old temp sender I have managed to make a mess of it.

The old one looks like it has been replaced in the past and is stuck tight with red sealer and after several attempts to take it out I am left with just the threaded part in the head (with a hole through its middle where I have tried to use a bolt extractor).

I was thinking of putting a new thread through the centre of it and was wondering if anyone knows the thread size of a temp sender for an s2 (it is the one that fits into the head next to the thermostat housing)?

Many thanks in advance.

I Used an M10 tap to make a clean thread the week before my post above. The new Temp Sender unit went in perfect.
