just incase anyone's wondering what is special about the 300kmh
speedos, its just in Germany its a bit of a thing to have a car capable
of 300kmh, the standard escort cosworth kmh ones are not of a sufficient
reading for the WOLF conversion, hence the Wolf 300kmh ones
when i took my car to WOLF UK,Gary the boss came out with his camera
and took pics of the speedos and boost gauge, seems quite a few of
you lot keep asking for them,so he wanted to have pics of them.
I have mentioned to him that there is a demand for escort cosworth stuff
still

So, the question still stands!
Did Wolf have any attachmets with any other marque's within the RS world.
also spotted a White 3dr cossie from over sea's which has some Wolf bits, but im more curious if they ventured away from the Cosworth Marque!?

Thats about as good as it gets in Germany especially when you dust off the race info and find out Walter Wolf built his own RS500 engines that were much faster than Rudi Eggenbergers and were more than up to winning races hence the DTM Team Title 1988

haha better late than never though
can't believe nearly 18,000 people have looked at this post over the years,Wolf originally started building Escorts and Capris for motorsport and owned a Ford Dealership,i have pics my mate took from the very early 90's at a rsoc national day of 3 wolf mk2 rs2000's that were heavily modded with big wide ronal xpack rs alloys and lairy Germanic paintjobs..
anyway Wolf ran ford focus's for Ford Motorsport in the German Touring cup and were the official Ford Team........... So to answer Kelvs Q yeah they did other RS's and the best one in recent years was probably the RS Focus Allrad which was the 1st mk2 4x4 Focus RS

What size wheels and tires on this car??
Mate car looks grand, can you tell me what width and offsetr and tire sizes please?
The Wolf cosworth was not a "complete" version as for example the Luxus version.
The customer could build his own car (at the Ford Dealer) as he wanted, fitted with parts from Wolf.
You can see it as the Ford RS accesoires who are available for "normal" ford's but than for the Cossies.
For example, there are some customers who didn't liked the Wolf rear spoiler, and the interiour parts.
They didn't bought those things. Because it was not a package, it was also possible to buy (for example) only the wheels or only the pedals.
My EsCos is not fitted with all the Wolf-stuff, but I'm glad too...I don't like the pedals, gearknob , steeringwheels and the rear spoiler...I don't know, sometimes it looks great...but sometimes it just don't looks good....

Can you still get the Wolfe original rev counters and speedo's?
Is there anyone making the rev counter mod for the sapphire/3dr Cosworth?
Or similar, something that would show revs to 9000rpm? and obviously looking standard

Virgin
Carbon fibre ‘Wolf’ spoiler! Not part of the wolf set up. After market peace. Forgot I had it,this post reminded me. Could never make up my mind on whether it would look good on the car or not,it’s sat in the shed ever since.
