Default Lambda sensor

Bought a Evo chip from Stu, but realised that my Lambda sensor may not be working. how to check whether it's working or not? the car was running REALLY rich previously, could this kill the Lambda?

Is this the same one as in the Escos?

Just check the voltage output is correct and switching fast enough.

so running rich won't kill the lambda?

Running rich won't unless for a long time but any petrol will.
