Looks like it just bolts to the top of the rad mate, in the position where the intercooler is at present...
I'm going to be doing exactly the same over the next couple of weeks, and have taken it all out already! - I guess you've got the bolts / rubber busing that you need from ford to fit the cooler and rad together on the alloy Pro-Alloy bracket?

Yes went to ford this week princely sum of Ł3.60. Still charged a tenner for the whaletail seal though Robbing B******s.
I've bought the rad and fans as well so need to drill some holes for the mounts.

you may fine you need to extend the mounting holes on the pro-alloy fans slightly too - i'm using a normal ford rad, with pro alloy fans, and found the mounting holes for the fan frame are slightly out - not by much, but a bit!

Ive got the Pro-ally Rad, Intercooler and Turbo cooler fitted on mine.
Fits all nice and snug. Had to mod the holes a little bit on the Intercooler to make it fit nicely. I would strongly advise you ditch the standard fan setup and buy pro-alloys thiner ones, as the standard fan setup would make it extremely tight and close to the belts.

The turbo cooler fits lovely, had to make some holes in the top of the rad, and knock up some bolts to hold it in place. Ive got my turbo cooler areoquiped up as well so looks pukka.

Any pics, i have gone the whole hog and bought all the pro alloy stuff including their fan set up. What did you do regarding the fan connections did you just fit the car loom with spade connectors?

Il have a dig round for some pics, not sure if I took any to be honest. As for the fan connectors, I cut the connectors off my old fans and soldiered them on that way the actual car loom conectors aint affected.
