hi all just wireing up my engine but cant find the throttle position switch got the connection but no switch.

does anyone have a picture of one or got a discription of what it looks like

RSi didn't come with a TPS.

all diagrams ive got two of which are genuine manual RSi show the wireing for throttle valve switch (sorry got mixed up with valve and position) its the only spare wire i have left on loom just nothing to plug it into and not sure what it looks like.

Throttle valve switch is just one cable that leads from a "L"-formed plug to the fuel-shut-off unit

There's a little screw on the front side of the throttle housing where the linkage for the throttle valve sits when closed. The plug is connected to this screw

yes. When the throttle valve is closed, it provides earth for the fuel shutdown
