Diet Crit
Hoping some of the more experienced guys on here can critique my diet for me, looking to cut up again now and this is the first time im going to be truley dedicated without going out and getting shitfaced most nights.
09.00am- Oat Cereal, Semi Skimmed Milk & Whey Protein Shake
11.30am- 2 thin Turkey or 1 Chicken Breast, Boiled or Baked Potato, Mixed Veg
12.30pm- Train with Protein drink immediately after weights and then 20 mins of HIIT afterwards
02.30pm- Cod/Chicken Breast/Lean Beef or Lean Pork, Wholemeal Pita Bread, Mixed Veg
05.00pm- Cod/Chicken Breast/Lean Beef or Lean Pork, Potatoes or Wholemeal Pasta, Mixed Veg
(Cut carbs out 6pm)
08.00pm- Protein Shake
11.00pm- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
Also eat various fruits throughout the day such as banana's, apples, satsuma's, pears. Take multi vitamin, calcium supplements and 3 1200mg fish oil caps.
Any advice as to how it can be improved?
