Default Diet Help please

hey all

im 18 and 5'7, at the min i weigh just under 9stone...
ive lost 4 and half stone in the last year and would like some advice on what to do next...

this is my current daily food routine...

Breakfast - 2 weetabix, 1/3 semi-skimmed milk

Lunch - 2 slices of burgen soya bread with 2 slices of wafer thin ham
1 weight watchers yogurt (smallish)

tea - different varietys such as
(1) Chicken in breadcrumb + low fat noodles +healthy living bakedbeans
(2) Fish in breadcrumb + carrots + garden peas
(3) Turkey in breadcrumb + carrots +garden peas
usually i replace Noodles with Savoury rice on occasions aswell

DRINKS - think this may be a problem area... Diet Caffeine Free coke, i drink about 3 litres of it a day...just wandering weather its bad or ok to drink this amount of the stuff...

since losing the weight i still have saggy skin around the belly area and chest area, whats the best way for getting rid of these horrible bits?

is my daily diet ok?

cheers lads
