clicking elbow
I've recently changed my workout to use free weights instead of the machines but I've noticed that when i do the bench press or incline press, my right elbow is clicking around about the when the bar is at the bottom 1/4 of the range of movement. I've had problems with that elbow before (chronic tendonitis) and don't want a recurrence.
Is there anything I can do/take to help alleviate this?
Cheers

its funny you post this up, as i was talking to a friend today about joints. when i started going to the gym i mainly used machines and when started using free weights i got alot of joints popping and clicking.
but no i dont get anything at all. i guess everything needed to harden to it a little bit? i wouldn't go as far to say the bone got stronger but the joint is deffinately stronger,
hope it works out for you buddy

joints clicking isnt to do with bone chris, its to do with the surrounding muscles and tendons not doing their job properly, the click is actually air entering the joint.
your workouts will have stregthened the joint but the bone will be totally uneffected
