hi all just joined the gym and now need to start a diet was thinking of starting the slimfast diet for a couple of weeks to a month to kick start the weight loss as the gym has asked me not to use the weights as my blood pressure is high.
So till then am doing cardio what im wondering is what should i eat in the evening as a balanced meal ?
