Default Plug lead set for 199 xr3i cabby?

Hello......
I think I have located a BOSCH coil pack (FOOOZSO2120) at a very good price from"POWERSPARKS" for our 1992 escort xr3i 130hp cabby , but seem to be having trouble in sorting a COMPLETE set of PLUG LEADS, except from BURTONS who are quoting a price of just under £80.. which seems to me A TAD high in price....
Has anyone any info on alternative suppliers of a Complete plug lead package?

Thanks ...Rustler....

I find it strange your having any issues locating these items, burton are no doubt offering you a perfromance set of leads etc hence the higher price, the coil pack & leads from the lower powered gti will work and ebay is full of sellers offering these zetec bits at silly cheap prices, check out matt lewis racing as he even does uprated ones cheaper than you have found

Hi 1-PD....
Thanks for your reply............ However, after trolling once again through
Matt Lewis's site and Kerr Nelson's ,Rude Racing, Power Sparks etc, and
Opie Oils ( who "CAN" supply me with the correct Coil Pack ) each one of the above stated that although they can supply lead sets for most Escorts the lead sets listed will not be compatable with a "1992 MKV (1990-1992)
1.8 16V XR3I RQB ENGINE".. I have also emailed Matt Lewis with all
details inc' chassis # etc just to be totally sure ....
What do all the many hundred other mkv RQB Escort owners do, ? surely
they don't keep the original lead set for the life of their vehicles !!!!

Any way thanks again ....anyone else help with this prob'

RBQ code is irrelevant, the HT leads were the same from 91-96 (ish)

Thanks HAZ.....

Thought I'd never find the correct lead set..they seem to be very competitive compared with BURTON'S at nearly £80..
As an after thought , how often should the plug leads, boots &coil pack
connectors be changed? My plug boot terminals are severely corroded having left the cabby totally unattended since October 2014 which caused
rough running when started again a couple of weeks ago..
Anyway thanks again ..

Coil shouldnt need changing until it starts breaking down (can vary hugely so couldnt give a date range). Leads every couple of years
