2000 W Reg Escort Finesse - Bargain

Thanks to yet another timewasting eBay ******* ****, looks like im going to have to sell this car for a second time! Thanks eBay.

2000 Ford Escort Finesse
Here we have for sale a Ford Escort, with low mileage and in excellent condition, It has also had just TWO owners! I am selling this on behalf of my brother who bought the car some time ago but didn't really have the need for it so hardly ever uses it, hence it is for sale.
As you can see from the pictures its a really clean little car. There are a couple of minor rust spots around the rear arches but they are really hardly noticeable and overall the bodywok is in excellent condition. The interior is also excellent other than a small hole in the driver seat.
Below are some details of the car;
Engine
Having covered just 75,000 miles, the engine runs and starts exactly as it should. No smoke, the temp needle sits exactly halfway, it revs cleanly and without any rattles or strange noises. The engine certainly has plenty of life in it yet. To give you some idea of just how much my current car, another 1.6 Escort, has covered 165,000 miles and till runs perfectly!
Bodywork
As i said above the bodywork is overall in excellent condition. Apart from the couple of rust spots and some very minor dings its pretty much spot on.
Wheels and tyres
It has the standard Finesse alloys which as you would expect have some curbing but again just consistant with age really. The tyres are all good with plenty of tread and no cracking or uneven wear.
Equipment
It has all the standard Finesse equipment including electric windows, air conditioning (i have a feeling this may need regassing, althought cant confirm) and a sun roof. It also has the third high level brake light, rare on Escorts.
Paperwork
Unfortunately i dont have much paperwork for the car. I have the logbook (which my brother, due to sheer lazyness quite frankly, never sent off from when he brought it and it was signed by the previous owner, but thats fine as whoever buys the car can sign as the new owner and i will send it straight off. It also has tax until the beginning of October.
So thats about it really. Overall a clean, cheap little car that would provide cheap reliable transport for years to come.
Might consider a P/X or a swap, but would prefer a cash sale.

Price is £650 firm, and worth every penny.
