Use one of those reverse thread sockets, i had the same problem a few months ago, smacked the fuck out of the lockers first to shock it then hammerd the socket over it, and when you turn the socked off it bites into the metal and lockes itself on
Seconded, works a treat!
Or I've seen a mate just hammer a smaller nut onto the locker so it's tight as fook, then just unscrew as normal
