Can somebody please tell me if a front brake caliper from a 2000 ford escort 55 van is compatible with the 2001 model. I have been trawling round google and can't get an answer.

Would believe that all the Escort van brakes mk6 (or the later mk7s) are the same. The only notable change that was different are a few minor interior sections like the electronic speedometer dash
