Default toyo r888 or dunlop dzo3g

What's best or are they about the same? Also has anyone got any tyres off funky tyres? on here? He's got toyos for sale.

I'm running Federal 595 RS-R's on my 350horse 2wd saff which are awesome on track & road & miles better in the wet than the yokohama perada widow makers i had on before

i havent but from what iv read they are a basic road tyre. the r1r is a track compound with road tread apparently

Mate runs R1Rs as 'wet' tyres on his E36 BMW track car that lives at the 'ring, he rates them for that use.

Also look at Kumho V700/V70A Ecsta track day tyres, very good tyre.

They have a proper motorsport carcass, much stiffer sidewalls and construction than R888s for example.

And they last longer than their competitors in medium/hard compound.

Tried quite a few of the track day tyres in my track day...ermm days..lol

had both on rear,they perform the same really the dunlop were slightly better thou and alittle cheaper
