17" steel wheels

I'm looking for steel 17" wheels with 4x108 and ET 40.
Which car has these original?

If you can sort/swap the hubs out or find an adapter spacer (wheel whores maybe a good place to visit), Ford Kugas have 17" steelies, as do peugeot 407's.
