Hi Oilman,
What oil do you recommend for T5 Gearboxes? i think last time i changed it i used this from yourselves

And i dont think the gearchange was ever as quick as it was before the oil change.
I believe the T5 uses a combination of Fibre and brass syncros which is the problem as the oil needs to allow enough friction for the syncros to work correctly?

Hi
I usually recommend an ATF for a T5 and I've not had anyone report problems from using that in one. A dexron II like the ATF3000 is a fairly basic choice, but a quality Dexron III, like Red Line D4, Amsoil ATF or Fuchs ATF6000 would be a good choice.

Some people do use MTFs (70w-80/75w-80) or 75w-90 in them though.
