Does anybody know where I can buy a Sierra cosworth 3dr header tank level sensor? Or is there any other that would be compatible? Thanks.

Yes this and granada i think. If you search for ford header tank on ebay you usually come across an old tank with the level switch still fitted.

Personally i think its a great feature to have. Early warning if you develop a leak before things get to hot, not sure why they stopped doing them on newer models.

Ford were strange like that, it's like the early Ghia's had wooden door cappings and foot well lights, which disappeared on the MK2 (i.e. 2WD) and then the latter re-appeared on the 4x4, maybe they were tried to save some pennies .

MK1 Ghia also had brake pad wear warning light.
