Default Stroking 1.6 CVH to 1.8

I’m sorry if this sounds stupid but I was just wondering if you could stroke a 1.6 crank so it has an 88mm stroke making it a 1.8. I couldn’t find anything on the internet about the 1.8 crank apart from the fact that it has a 4mm offset compared to the 1.6. That offset would make it a 1.7 but how else does the 1.8 crank differ to the 1.6?
