Rs turbo fuel pipe one way valve???
Ok I’ve just dropped the tank out the rs for a resto.
The fuel pipe from the pump to the front has small black cylindrical valves on it one at each end.
Are these one way valves?? If so where do I get them or how do you disconnect the metal pipes from them. I have new 8mm metal pipes. But need these valves or whatever they are.
Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Nobody???? Surely someone knows where to get them. I tried ford but got the usual answer. We stopped stocking escort parts many years ago.
It’s a little black type filter with it seems a push fit on the metal fuel pipe and a push fit into the hard black plastic pipe. There are two on the fuel pump lines one at back and another above steering rack. But none on the return line. Anyone know where I can get two? Or what are people using nowadays ???

Hi mate thanks. I got steel fuel lines. Having them bent to shape soon. But it’s the little one way valves that are on fuel feed side there are two. One above steering rack and one at start of metal pipe near fuel pump. The steel pipe seems to slip in one side and the other slips into the hard plastic fuel pipe. I only need the valves or anyone use different ones?
