Ford Sigma (zetec se) crank bolt torques

Hi all

just got myself a nice Westfield SEiW with a ford zetec se 1600 engine, I’ve replaced the Cambelt and waterpump including the tensioner of course and aux drive belt & idler pulley.
I torqued up the crank bolt to 100nm then 115nm and I stopped there.
The figures I find online are 45nm plus 90 degrees which sounds like nothing but Imachined a blank block with m12x1.5 threaded hole same as the crank on my car and tested the torque 45nm + 90 on the vice with the spare (shorter bolt) that came with Cambelt kit, it was monumentally tight.
what actual torques do you guys use roughly?
On the m12 size crank pulley bolts on these taper shaft zetecs (non keyed type)

What ever the settings for that engine in Auto Data or the timing belt instructions.

Like want you mentioned 45nm plus 90degrees sounds correct. Don't forget the crank pulley isn't keyed on these engines and relies on the correct tightening if the crank bolt to keep everything in place.
