Sapph Cosworth front caliper sticking
I have one of my front calipers sticking ever so slightly, so would it be easier to have it refurbished or is it easy enough to do myself with a repair kit.
Has anyone here done it and can you recommend the best place to get a kit from.
It's a 2wd sapph so any advice would be great, in relation to tools etc.
I'm taking the wheel off at the weekend to get a better look at it, but I could just faintly hear the brake pads scuffing on the disc after braking then it would release itself again.
Thanks Mich

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
do it your self. the seal kits are inexspenive. do it propperly and get stainless steel pistons there about twenty quid each they shouldnt rust which is where your problem has stemed from. if your not a mechanic get an electric pressure bleeder there cheap enough it will help push air out the system without to much fuking about. the hole job is easy enough theres plenty of poeple on here to advise you
