2wd on the throttle bracket and 4wd on the back of the plenum ,two on the same connection .
Check if you had the wiring loom disconnected that you have the plugs on the right sensors as they can be switched easily enough

I have put a new crank sensor on and its now pulsing but very weak it juat manages to light the bulb. still wont start. Fuel pump is working and got a spark. Cheers

The car now tries to fire but will not start grrrr!

wheelwizardrefurbs 21-08-2015 05:42 PM

the phase sensor wiring looks rough as f:@k also would this stop it from starting up and getting a very weak pulse? also when i first crank it over it will pulse bright then immediatley dim to the point where its barely visible.

wheelwizardrefurbs 21-08-2015 06:01 PM

one more thing, when i use the test light on the X2 injector wires they are both constant live is this normal? ? with (ignition on)

james kiely 21-08-2015 07:15 PM

Definitely stick a new phase sensor in it mate

wheelwizardrefurbs 21-08-2015 07:39 PM

will do mate got one on order cheers for that .)

wheelwizardrefurbs 22-08-2015 12:08 PM

so do you rekon that a knackered phase sensor would cause a weak pulse?

wheelwizardrefurbs 24-08-2015 01:56 PM

New phase sensor fitted No change :( any other ideas?

wheelwizardrefurbs 24-08-2015 03:41 PM

Ok its burst into life but only running on cylinders 1 and 3. The other two cylinders are sparking and pulsing but wont fire.

martysmartie 29-08-2015 09:25 AM

Are all four lugs intact on the crank pulley, do you have fuel to those cylinders?

The injectors have a permanent supply, re your question, so this is correct.
