rpm very slow to fall on over run after cleaning throttle body

could you please help after cleaning the throttle body on my st150 fiesta the idle rpm is 2000 for 5 seconds then back to 900 .when in top gear it will not fall below 1100. when clutch is pressed at junctions revs rise to 2500 for about 5 to 10 secs then back to 900 .it all checks out on diagnostics

when you say clean it did you take it off? sounds like a air leak...or throttle position sensor problem

You've probably removed the coating off the inside of the throttle body thus causing an air leak past the butterfly. You should never clean them unless the butterfly is sticking open.
