As title sugests im just wondering on peoples opinion what is the best/strongest gearbox for a 4x4 escos running 500bhp doing mainly fast road use with the odd track day here and there ?

its hard to choose which one is best as different ppl i speak to say stay away from Quaife as they are made out of chocolate and need rebilding every 5 mins, and the oppliger they say is not much better and cant keep hold of the power and just let go ??

need to get a box sorted asap as my engine is in build now and i have no uprated box to go in :/

you could always speak to martin reyland about the skyline box conversion ,but i cant say ive heard of opplingers giving bother andy

spoke to G.E.A.R.S yesterday and they seem to think oppliger's kit is the best on the market at the mo for what i need. I was after a MT 75 909 sports box but they are like hens teeth to get hold of and the parts are even worse.
Only thing thats putting me off Oppliger is the lack of response from them ? emails etc
