Default Cosworth exhaust valves

Hi I have my head in for a rebuild and porting etc .
I have been told my exhaust valves are worn and recommend to replace them .
Are standard exhaust valves sodium filled ? If so do they need to be ?
I have seen a set on eBay at a good price and the seller said they are oem and original are not sodium filled .
Any one know ????
Thanks
