I've got a mondeo tdci ghia x I've done mot history check and in 2011 its genuine 182.000 ish then 3 months later .started at just over 72.k either its been clocked
Ot its had engine blow and another engine and clocks from another car. The engine number on log book and vin is 4g65505 Where is engine number .the sticker on timing cover says 47sq6007 something .log book say variant FMBA its confusing

Clock faults are common in this shape mondeo so i wouldn't be surprised if someones put a set in and thats why the mileage has rolled back. Really doubt its been clocked back that far!

I hope so .just seem suspicious going from 182 then 3 month later another mot 72k ish .imy trying to find if its original engine to chassis any ideas anyone
